Guide for Authors:
- After registering on the website from the homepage click on the Submit Paper.
- Click the Guide for Authors tab and download Template of Papers file and review the documents.
- Go back to the previous page and then click on the Submit New Paper.
- On the new page, enter the Full Title, Abstract and Keywords, then click Next.
(Please note that papers are accepted only in English.) - Enter the complete information of all authors. In this section, select the Corresponding Author and the Presenting Author, then click Next.
- Select the subject area related to your paper from the available list.
- Enter any Additional Comments related to your paper and click Next.
- Upload the Word files (DOC, DOCX) of the paper according to the required format: Main File (Full paper) / Supplementary Files.
- Click on the Attach File Now you can see the attached file(s) in the table at the bottom of the page.
- After ensuring that all files have been successfully uploaded, click Next.
- Your paper and author information will be displayed on this page. To complete the submission process, click Finish Submission.
- The Paper ID and a successful submission message will be displayed on the screen and will be announced via email.
- Please note that the review results of your paper will be announced via email and the website.
- After review and acceptance, if revisions are required, the accepted paper will be sent to the submitting author via email and the website. The submitting author must make the requested revisions within a maximum of two days after receiving the revision email and upload the revised paper through the website. Therefore, after acceptance, please be sure to regularly check your email and status of your paper on the website.
