The first international conference entitled “Underground Energy Storage & Recovery” will be held online at Semnan University on October 16-17, 2026 with the participation of professors, students, researchers and domestic and foreign experts in this field.

During this conference, an international workshop “Challenges of Sustainable Energy Development and Achieving Net Zero Carbon Emissions” will be held online at Sharif University of Technology with the participation of experts from Sharif University of Technology and Semnan University from Iran and Shandong University of China (along with professors from the Chinese Academy of Sciences).

Also, Top papers of this conference will be published in the journals of Sustainable Energy & Chemical Engineering (SECE) and Petroleum Research.
